This role involves supporting HR operations, onboarding, compliance, global mobility, and employee lifecycle processes within a dynamic environment. Position Overview for the HR Operations Specialist:

• Manage HR operations and case management, ensuring compliance and smooth employee onboarding processes.
• Oversee US I-9 and employment eligibility verification and compliance.
• Utilize HR systems and technology, including ServiceNow HRSD, for efficient workflow management.
• Coordinate global mobility activities and employee lifecycle management.
• Conduct analytics, reporting, and implement process improvement initiatives.

Requirements for the HR Operations Specialist:

• 3-5 years of HR onboarding experience.
• U.S. I-9 Compliance and employment eligibility expertise.
• Experience with HR operations and employee onboarding.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and HR case management, including escalations.
• Knowledge of global mobility and employee lifecycle management.
