IDR is seeking a PC Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Stone Mountain, GA. This role involves supporting and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and peripherals within a dynamic environment. The company specializes in climate control solutions and offers a casual workplace atmosphere focused on long-term employment growth.

Position Overview for the PC Technician:

• Under direct supervision, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Provides routine analysis and problem-solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
• Coordinates with hardware or software vendors for service when necessary, and assists with installation and training.

Requirements for the PC Technician:

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems is preferred.
• Ability to install computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
