IDR is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX! This role involves leading critical infrastructure projects, specifically related to healthcare facility transitions, ensuring seamless physical moves and system upgrades. The position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in infrastructure coordination within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Overview for the Infrastructure Project Manager:

• Leads the delivery of complex healthcare IT and infrastructure projects, including physical transition and system upgrades.
• Manages project scope, timeline, resources, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with architects, clinical teams, and vendors to support infrastructure move and upgrade initiatives.
• Maintains comprehensive project documentation and ensures clear communication of project progress and issues.
• Ensures projects adhere to healthcare, building codes, and safety standards, particularly during physical relocations.

Requirements for the Infrastructure Project Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery and construction project coordination involving IT system and infrastructure upgrades
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare IT projects and familiarity with building codes, infection control standards, and clinical space design
• 4+ years of experience with PMI practices, PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management/ development methodologies
• Experience with infrastructure moves, physical transitions, and coordinating multiple stakeholders during construction or renovation projects
• Strong planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and resource management skills
