IDR is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports transaction-heavy, event-driven applications in a fast-paced environment where reliability and scalability matter. You’ll work alongside senior engineers to help build and maintain full-stack solutions for purchase, payment, and user-activity workflows within a large, enterprise technology organization.

Position Overview for the Junior Software Engineer:

• Support a suite of event-driven applications spanning APIs, backend services, frontend apps, and databases
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and production support of full-stack solutions
• Build features and enhancements using .NET, React, and SQL Server while collaborating with senior engineers
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, assist with testing/validation, and help maintain stable production systems
• Partner with business and technical teams in an Agile environment while learning and supporting modernization initiatives

Requirements for the Junior Software Engineer:

• 2+ years of experience in application development supporting web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise software solutions
• 2+ years of .NET C# development experience
• Strong React development skills and proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong SQL Server scripting experience
• Experience working within Agile development practices
