IDR is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves supporting a critical government project within the public sector, focusing on modernization initiatives and data platform solutions. Position Overview for the Technical Business Analyst:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items and assist with sprint planning activities.
- Serve as the functional expert for the assigned business domain and make day-to-day scope decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, BI engineers, and project leadership throughout the Agile lifecycle.
Requirements for the Technical Business Analyst:
- 5+ years experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and backlog management.
- Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Tableau reporting and analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
