IDR is seeking a Paralegal to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for experienced contract specialists who excel in managing legal documents and working independently within large corporate environments. The position offers the chance to contribute to legal processes within a dynamic organization focused on sourcing and legal operations.
Position Overview for the Paralegal:
- Manage the contract process independently, working directly with attorneys.
- Draft, review, and make decisions on contract language and language provisions.
- Maintain organizational workflows for contract management.
- Collaborate with legal and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support ongoing training in contract management software, similar to Salesforce.
Requirements for the Paralegal:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with contracts in a large company environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to make independent drafting decisions.
- Experience working with sourcing, legal, or related departments.
- Ability to draft precise contractual language.
- Familiarity with contract management systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
