This role involves sourcing and hiring top broadcast and media production talent rapidly to support a new program launch. The company specializes in multi-platform broadcast and digital media, collaborating on projects that reach national audiences.

Position Overview for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:

• Responsible for recruiting and hiring 9 broadcast & media production positions within a tight timeframe
• Focus on sourcing candidates for roles such as Producers, Executive Producers, Associate Producers, and Bookers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process for a new show/program launch
• Help meet the company's goal to assemble a production team by the specified deadline to support a major media project

Requirements for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:

• Must have proven experience recruiting for Broadcast / Media Production positions
• Must have experience recruiting for Show Producers, Associate Producers, Executive Producers, and Bookers
• Ability to recruit quickly and efficiently to fill all positions within 4-8 weeks
• Strong understanding of broadcast industry talent pools and recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
