IDR is seeking a IT Asset Management Specialist II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role supports all phases of the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) process, ensuring the organization has the right hardware, software, and related IT assets throughout their lifecycle. You’ll help maintain accurate tracking, support vendor relationships, and assist with agreement administration.

Position Overview for the IT Asset Management Specialist II

• Support end-to-end IT asset lifecycle activities, from procurement through offboarding and decommissioning
• Ensure the enterprise is equipped with appropriate hardware, software, and other IT assets
• Apply working knowledge of ITAM processes while executing on multiple assignments

Requirements for the IT Asset Management Specialist II:

• 2+ years’ experience as an IT Asset Management Specialist focused on hardware AND software
• Experience utilizing a ticketing system to track and document requests (ServiceNow)
• Previous experience following a budget to purchase new software licensing
• Ability to support vendor relationships and assist with agreement administration
• Experience supporting enterprise IT Asset Management processes across the asset lifecycle
