IDR is seeking a Sales Program Coordinator-Professional Services to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role is focused on sales and professional services operations within a dynamic organization that emphasizes process standardization and cross-functional alignment. The position offers the chance to contribute to operational excellence and foster effective collaboration between sales and service delivery teams.
Position Overview for the Sales Program Coordinator:
Serve as the operational bridge between the Sales organization and Professional Services delivery, ensuring growth cadences and process standards are consistently applied.
Own and drive the structured sales and PS cadence, including pipeline reviews and opportunity check-ins, ensuring adherence and participation from leadership.
Facilitate and maintain alignment forums, tracking action items and ensuring stakeholder visibility and engagement.
Manage program discipline for sales-aligned initiatives, including launches, pursuit plays, and enablement activities, maintaining milestone tracking.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements for the Sales Program Coordinator:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, professional services operations, or a comparable program/process management role
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operating cadences across stakeholder groups
Strong process documentation skills with proven adoption across sales and delivery teams
Comfortable engaging with and presenting to sales VPs and senior leadership
Experience working at the intersection of sales and services delivery, with familiarity in pre-sales processes and pursuit management
