IDR is seeking a HIM Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting the Epic HIM suite within a healthcare organization, focusing on optimizing workflows and system functionality. The position offers a chance to work with a leading healthcare provider in a hybrid work setting.
Position Overview for the HIM Analyst:
Support, maintain, and optimize Epic HIM modules (Deficiency Tracking, Identity, Coding, Release of Information)
Perform build, configuration, testing, and enhancements within Epic
Partner with HIM leadership to analyze workflows and implement system improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and user-reported problems
Support upgrades, system maintenance, and ongoing enhancements
Requirements for the HIM Analyst:
Epic certification in an HIM-related module (Deficiency Tracking, ROI, Identity, or Coding)
2–3+ years of hands-on Epic analyst experience (build + support)
Direct experience supporting Epic HIM workflows (Deficiency Tracking, Identity, Coding, and/or ROI)
Strong troubleshooting, build/configuration, and workflow optimization skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
