Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician II: - Provide standard desktop support, ensuring high energy and customer engagement - Set up and manage conference rooms, including audio-visual equipment - Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating a customer care philosophy that ensures high satisfaction - Understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions - Maintain knowledge of current IT technical standards related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, and other related peripherals - This is a 1-year contract position - An Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience is required. Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
