Must live in Colorado.
Required skills of the Technical Writer:

3+ years of experience with technical writing, documenting processes, and improvement initiatives

Knowledge of security standards

Experience documenting infrastructure and server support

Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
Preferred skills of the Technical Writer:

Experience with Server support is a plus

Experience as a trainer is a plus

Some experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management

Some Experience with Google Apps in a professional environment
