IDR is seeking a Master Scheduler to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing and coordinating complex project schedules within the data center industry, with an emphasis on program oversight and cross-team collaboration. The company is a leader in the data center and infrastructure sector, committed to delivering innovative solutions for their clients.
Position Overview for the Master Scheduler:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools to ensure project objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, engineering, and operations, to align schedule milestones and ensure project continuity
- Lead schedule risk analysis, identify critical path activities, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support scheduling efforts for hyperscale data center projects, focusing on owner’s representation and program management
- Proactively address schedule issues, update plans as needed, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements for the Master Scheduler:
- 8-10 years of scheduling experience, preferably in data center or infrastructure projects
- Strong technical skills in IMS with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools
- Experience supporting scheduling efforts on hyperscale data center projects
- Ability to build and manage owner’s schedules alongside general contractor schedules
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders

Compensation Details: $140,980 - $163,240 annual salary
