IDR is seeking a IT Reporting Lead (Workday Implementation) to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is centered around leading the design, development, and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions within Workday for a prominent organization in the HR and financial systems sector.
Position Overview for the IT Reporting Lead (Workday Implementation) :
Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday reporting and analytics solutions
Design and build standard, advanced, and composite reports within Workday
Configure dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for HR, Finance, and leadership teams
Translate business requirements into effective reporting and data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators
Requirements for the IT Reporting Lead (Workday Implementation) :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
6–10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HRIS/ERP systems
Hands-on experience with reporting in Workday HCM or Workday Financials
Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools, and analytics
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred
