Position Overview for the Sr Scrum Master:

• Support the Finance 2030 program within Operational Excellence by guiding multiple capability cluster teams as they adopt an agile approach to deliver business outcomes.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, reinforce sprint discipline, and improve backlog quality in a business transformation environment.
• Help non-technical teams operationalize agile practices, creating structure and discipline while maintaining focus on incremental outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and alignment across teams.

Requirements for the Sr Scrum Master:

• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, lifecycle, and ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint execution.
• Experience coaching teams or stakeholders who are new to agile ways of working.
• Ability to enforce timeboxes, maintain sprint discipline, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
