IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for this Permanent opportunity in Richardson, Texas. This role focuses on working cross-functionally to support the enterprise’ needs related to Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer focus on customizing and maintaining Salesforce platforms across several clouds including; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role requires 5-days per week on-site in our clients’ Corporate Headquarters in Richardson, Texas. Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds
• Strong in interpreting business requirement and documenting it for writing strong technical stories
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
• Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft

Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:

• 4+ years’ Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• 2+ years’ Salesforce development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
• Must have experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes
• Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs
• Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions

Certification Requirements:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)

Preferred Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
