IDR is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity remotely. This role is focused on enhancing ServiceNow platform capabilities within a healthcare organization, specifically supporting electronic health record operations and operational visibility through reporting and timekeeping functionalities. The position offers the opportunity to work on multiple initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview for the Senior ServiceNow Analyst:

• Support ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and timekeeping functionality to enhance operational visibility.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders, product owners, management, developers, and QA teams.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing critical work and maintaining focus.
• Assist in requirements gathering, story mapping, user story development, and backlog refinement.
• Contribute to process improvement and change requests to optimize ServiceNow applications.

Requirements for the Senior ServiceNow Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree with four (4) years’ experience OR an Associate’s Degree with six (6) years’ experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially with the Timekeeping module.
• Ability to quickly create dashboards and reports within ServiceNow for leadership visibility.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate proactively.
