Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit.

• Customize data models and frameworks, and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP and manage data imports for evidence collection.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver iterative releases.

• Support platform governance and contribute to AI capabilities like AI Search and predictive intelligence.

Required Skills for ServiceNow Developer:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration via REST/SOAP.

• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required or strongly preferred.
