IDR is seeking a QA Analyst – UI & Data Testing (React) to join one of our top clients for a 100% Remote opportunity. This role supports a government healthcare project, focusing on testing modernized platforms using React and SQL, with an emphasis on manual UI testing and database validation. The position offers a chance to contribute to impactful state government initiatives in a remote setting.

Position Overview for the QA Analyst – UI & Data Testing (React):

• Support testing efforts for state government healthcare and benefits platforms
• Focus heavily on manual UI testing of React-based web applications
• Validate backend data through SQL/database queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
• Leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency and documentation

Requirements for the QA Analyst – UI & Data Testing (React):

• Prior experience on state government systems (Medicaid / Medicare strongly preferred)
• Strong manual testing experience
• Solid SQL / database testing skills
• Experience testing web applications, preferably React-based UIs
• Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to assist with testing, documentation, or analysis
