Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Test Analyst 2:Serve as a technical lead and point of contact for the product team and merchants, supporting new product launches and integrations.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert during new certifications, ensuring compliance and guiding the team through validation processes.
Design and execute tailored POS test plans, including test scripts and scenarios, to ensure compliance with major card brand standards.
Collaborate with external developers to troubleshoot and resolve variances throughout the testing lifecycle.
Identify and analyze potential technical or operational issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future disruptions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Administration, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical details and managing internal and external expectations.
Experience with Tandem and Base-24 systems, along with knowledge of credit card and Interac regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.
