Jr. Credit Collections Coordinator

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Credit Collections Coordinator:  
  • Assist in sending collection emails to our client's customers

  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as invoice submission into customer portals and researching payment discrepancies

  • Support the cash applications teams in posting lockbox, ACH, and credit card payments

  • Assist in daily mailing of invoices and credit memos

  • This is a contract position through April 2025

Required Skills for Credit Collections Coordinator:

 
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

  • Previous experience in collections or cash posting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
