Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Credit Collections Coordinator:Assist in sending collection emails to our client's customers
Handle various administrative tasks, such as invoice submission into customer portals and researching payment discrepancies
Support the cash applications teams in posting lockbox, ACH, and credit card payments
Assist in daily mailing of invoices and credit memos
This is a contract position through April 2025
Required Skills for Credit Collections Coordinator:
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Previous experience in collections or cash posting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
