Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Systems Administrator III:- Manage and maintain AI systems, including hardware and software components- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructure- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure security and reliability- Troubleshoot and resolve on-premise and cloud infrastructure issues- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions- Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams- Ensure NIST 800-171 compliance- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as neededRequired Skills for Systems Administrator III:- 3-5 years' experience implementing and supporting Hypervisor/Hyperconverged environments (VMware, Nutanix etc.)- 1-3 years' experience implementing and supporting AWS or Azure Cloud Operations- 3-5 years' experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (Azure Monitor, VROperations, Solarwinds)- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity between server-to-server infrastructure across environments- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, VLAN) and patch management of devices- Familiarity with administration and troubleshooting various operating systems and platforms (Microsoft, Red Hat, Azure, AWS)- Excellent communication skillsWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
