IDR is seeking an AV Engineer to join one of our top clients in New York, NY. This role supports the design and engineering of a central rack room and a digital AV network supporting multiple event spaces. 

• Collaborate on the design and integration of backend systems with AV/event management platforms.
• Engineer and optimize workflows for device control, monitoring, and automation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality.
• Support engineering activities related to PTX and NAC profiling.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AV technologies into existing systems.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout design and implementation.

Required Skills for AV Engineer:

• Proven experience in AV systems integration and backend AV solutions.
• Expertise with PTX platforms and related engineering processes.
• Strong skills in testing, validation, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with NAC profiling in AV environments.
• Expertise with PTX platforms and related engineering processes.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC five days a week.
