IDR is seeking a QA Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in the United States. This role involves supporting the enhancement and maintenance of eligibility and enrollment systems within a government-related project, focusing on ensuring high-quality application performance across Java and Salesforce platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within the public sector.

Position Overview for the QA Tester:

• Support the testing and maintenance of Maine Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems, including Java and Salesforce applications
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure system functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Conduct defect identification, triage, and resolution to support system reliability
• Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

Requirements for the QA Tester:

• Hands-on experience with functional testing methodologies
• Knowledge of Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience testing applications built on Java and Salesforce platforms
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, triage issues, and document defects clearly
