IDR is seeking an AI Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent tools that leverage big data infrastructure and modern AI architectures within a leading technology organization. You will work on building scalable web applications, from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end services and data pipelines.
Position Overview for the AI Engineer:
- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using pre-trained large language models and machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, cloud-based AI solutions.
- Build responsive user interfaces with modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue, or Streamlit.
- Develop scalable back-end services and APIs with Python or Node.js.
- Support full software development lifecycle, including technical documentation and code reviews.
Requirements for the AI Engineer:
- 7+ years' experience in software engineering
- 4+ years' experience with Python
- 2+ years' experience in AI/ML development
- 4+ years' experience in Node.js, and React.js, with a strong background in backend services and data processing
- Experience in Azure cloud platforms & CI/CD pipelines
