IDR is seeking a Mobility Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you’ll support the administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing management of enterprise mobile devices and mobility solutions within a large, fast-paced organization. You’ll partner with IT teams and end users to keep mobile technology secure, compliant, and running smoothly in a regulated, mission-critical environment.

Position Overview for the Mobility Analyst:

• Provide hands-on support for enterprise mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS and Android), including provisioning, enrollment, deployments, replacements, and lifecycle support
• Administer and support MDM tools and mobility services to enforce configuration policies, security controls, and compliance
• Resolve incidents and service requests through a ticketing platform, including triage, escalation, and documentation
• Troubleshoot device hardware/software, connectivity, enrollment, and application issues to restore end-user productivity
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and user guidance; assist with basic training and best practices

Requirements for the Mobility Analyst:

• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting corporate mobile devices (iPhone/iPad and Android) in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox
• Experience using a ticketing system to track, document, prioritize, and resolve incidents/service requests (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across device enrollment, configuration profiles/policies, connectivity, and app deployment issues
• Ability to communicate clearly with end users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams in an onsite setting
