IDR is seeking a AWS DevOps Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and managing CI/CD pipelines within a dynamic cloud environment, typically serving enterprise-level organizations in technology and financial services sectors.
Position Overview for the AWS DevOps Engineer:
- Hands-on AWS DevOps engineer with experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting production environments.
- Support deployment workflows using tools like GitHub, Terraform, and AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and RDS.
- Use monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance automation, reliability, and cloud operations efficiency.
Requirements for the AWS DevOps Engineer:
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, SonarQube, Artifactory
- Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure experience managing services like IAM, ECS, Lambda, EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, and S3
- Experience troubleshooting and triaging cloud / production issues
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail
