This role offers a unique chance to work within a prominent organization dedicated to collegiate athletics and its strategic growth. The position involves advising athletic departments on business, organizational, and operational strategies to enhance their effectiveness.

Position Overview for the Athletics Strategy Executive:

• Advise collegiate athletic departments on business and operational strategy, organizational design, operating models, and governance structures.
• Lead or co-lead client engagements focused on organizational transformation and operational strategy.
• Support facilities and capital planning, budget development, and cross-functional athletics operations.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on collegiate athletics operating structures, governance, and organizational design.
• Develop frameworks and recommendations related to organizational benchmarking and operating-model transformation.

Requirements for the Athletics Strategy Executive:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of senior athletics administration experience.
• Direct experience serving as a COO, Deputy Athletic Director, or comparable senior athletics operations leader.
• Demonstrated experience in business and operational strategy, organizational design, facilities/capital planning, budget development, and departmental governance.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional athletics operations.
