IDR is seeking an Enablement & Adoption Specialist to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity located in Plano, TX. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of enablement programs and supporting organizational change initiatives within a corporate environment. The company operates in the Professional Services industry, emphasizing process improvements, training, and adoption strategies.

Position Overview for the Enablement & Adoption Specialist:

• Execute day-to-day enablement programs, including onboarding, Celebrate You, Innovation Challenge, and other adoption initiatives.
• Create and update courses, learning content, job aids, presentations, and other enablement materials under the direction of program leadership.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, communications, invitations, materials, and follow-up.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives and help drive and track employee participation and adoption.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure enablement programs and learning materials are delivered effectively.
• Utilize AI tools as part of the day-to-day workflow to support content creation, productivity, and program execution

• 2+ years of experience in enablement, Learning & Development, employee programs, corporate training, or a related area.
• Experience supporting the execution of onboarding, enablement, learning, adoption, or employee engagement programs.
• Ability to create courses and learning/enablement content; instructional design experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deliverables.
• Comfortable using AI tools in a professional setting as part of everyday work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
