IDR is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. In this role, you’ll support proposal pricing efforts for government contracting pursuits, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to develop accurate, compliant, customer-ready pricing models. This is a fast-paced opportunity within an industry-leading organization supporting complex RFP responses.
Position Overview for the Pricing Specialist:
- Develop detailed proposal pricing models that incorporate labor, indirect rates, escalation, ODCs, travel, and vendor/subcontractor inputs.
- Support end-to-end government RFP pricing activities, translating technical and staffing assumptions into structured cost proposals.
- Ensure pricing outputs align with applicable compliance expectations and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Contracts, Business Development/Capture, Program Management, Finance, and Subcontracts/Procurement to gather inputs and meet deadlines.
- Perform rigorous QA/accuracy checks and scenario modeling to validate assumptions and strengthen proposal submissions.
Requirements for the Pricing Specialist:
- 3+ years of hands-on government contracting proposal pricing experience supporting RFP responses
- Advanced, daily-use proficiency with Deltek ProPricer to build complete proposal pricing models and produce customer-ready outputs
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and general compliance concepts impacting proposal pricing documentation and audit-ready support
- Strong Excel and quantitative modeling skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and scenario/what-if modeling
- Proven ability to translate BOEs, staffing plans, and technical assumptions into defensible cost models while reconciling inconsistencies across inputs

Compensation Details: $35-$37/hr
