IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers with various service-related inquiries. The position focuses on analyzing customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a high quality of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
Analyze and resolve service issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing, remittance, pricing, and renewal requests.
Manage customer accounts, reconcile information, and perform financial analysis.
Support contract renewals and communicate clearly regarding account details.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
2+ years of prior Energy Industry, Customer Service, Billing and/or Collections experience preferred.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions.
Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems which support service for customers.
