Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Functional Lead - Onboarding & Associated Personnel Role:

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for onboarding and associated personnel.

• Oversee end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and production support for Workday Onboarding.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance the new hire experience and streamline pre-hire activities.

• Configure and manage processes for various worker types, including contingent workers and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audit activities and documentation.

Required Skills for Workday Functional Lead - Onboarding & Associated Personnel Role:

• Over 5 years of functional experience with Workday HCM.

• Expertise in Workday Onboarding and management of contingent/associated workforce.

• Proficiency in Workday business process framework and security configuration.

• Proven track record in leading implementations or major enhancements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
