IDR is seeking a Senior Developer, Microservices to join one of our top clients for a Hybrid opportunity. This role involves leading the development of innovative e-commerce solutions using modern architectures and microservices. The organization is focused on advancing their digital commerce platform to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Senior Developer, Microservices:

• Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of cutting-edge e-commerce applications and microservices.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in e-commerce platforms, actively contributing to platform evolution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in microservices and API integration best practices.
• Drive innovation by implementing headless commerce architecture and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements for the Senior Developer, Microservices:

• Proven experience of 6+ years in e-commerce site development and integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in MACH-based architecture or similar modern e-commerce solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related web technologies including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with API Management (APIM) solutions and RESTful API integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
