IDR is seeking a Application Support Analyst to join one of our top clients here in DFW! This role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic IT environment, supporting key business systems and collaborating with technical teams to ensure system stability and enhancement. 

Position Overview for the Application Support Analyst:

• Serve as the primary support resource for designated functional areas within IT, handling production support for system pillars.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring system stability.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend system enhancements, and coordinate solutions with developers.
• Actively participate in testing and key phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to validate and deploy system changes successfully.
• Gather, analyze, and share insights to improve organizational operations, acting as an information hub and collaborative problem solver.

Requirements for the Application Support Analyst:

• 4+ years of experience with business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, process modeling, and process mapping
• Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience with technology installation, configuration, and support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
