IDR is seeking a Product Owner Infrastructure to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on managing and advancing cloud and on-premise infrastructure products within a rapidly evolving enterprise environment. The company operates within the Non-Profit industry and currently has a strong emphasis on building innovative solutions for internal business partners.
Position Overview for the Product Owner Infrastructure:
Responsible for facilitating the strategic vision and direction of infrastructure products, including cloud migration, adoption, and optimization efforts
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business and technical needs
Acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered
Supports continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions using current industry standards and emerging cloud technologies
Ensures product experiences meet customer satisfaction and organizational goals through effective project execution
Requirements for the Product Owner Infrastructure:
Knowledge of both business and technical disciplines with a focus on cloud computing and on-prem principles
Experience with technical software delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc), process engineering, change management, and cloud service models (IaaS)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers to deliver aligned solutions
Prior experience with infrastructure-focused product ownership, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform
