IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves leading large-scale, end-to-end project delivery within a complex, matrixed organization, supporting critical enterprise initiatives in the utilities industry. The position offers the chance to work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects within a complex, matrixed environment, ensuring alignment to program objectives and strategic roadmaps.
- Manage Business Analysts, Test Leads, technical resources, and vendors to drive execution across multiple systems and functional workstreams.
- Partner with IT and Business Unit leadership to facilitate key project meetings and support steering committee reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, and status reports; ensure reporting accuracy and cadence within ServiceNow SPM and related tools.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate appropriately to the Program Manager and executive stakeholders.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Experience managing enterprise project delivery within large, matrixed organizations across multiple systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Test Leads, and technical resources.
- Strong vendor management skills including performance management and invoicing resolution.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred experience within utilities or regulated industries.

Compensation Details: $68/hr W2
