IDR is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process mapping, SQL/data analysis, reporting, testing support, and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis and data modeling
• Technical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Java
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and document business needs, ensuring alignment with goals
• Participate in design discussions, providing technical insights and solution feasibility guidance
• Analyze data, reporting, and system interactions to support business decisions and change requests
• Support testing, implementation, and post-production activities to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities, promoting best practices
