IDR is seeking a Senior Manager Transformation Tech Delivery to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. This role involves leading end-to-end technology delivery in the utility industry, focusing on SAP IS-U transformation programs and large-scale implementations.

Position Overview for the Senior Manager Transformation Tech Delivery:

• Lead and guide matrixed delivery teams, including internal staff, vendors, and contractors
• Oversee SAP IS-U solution design across multiple domains such as Billing, FICA, and Metering
• Translate program milestones into actionable delivery plans
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and operational readiness, supporting cutover and hypercare activities

Requirements for the Senior Manager Transformation Tech Delivery:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field
• 7–10+ years in technology delivery or transformation programs
• Experience with SAP IS-U design and integration across multiple domains
• Proven leadership in large-scale implementations
• Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle and risk management
