IDR is seeking a Senior Techno Functional Consultant Meter, Device Mgt. Field Services to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role focuses on implementing and supporting SAP IS-U solutions within the utility sector, working at the intersection of business needs and technical functionality without mentioning specific compensation details.
Position Overview for the Senior Techno Functional Consultant Meter, Device Mgt. Field Services:
Responsible for ensuring the successful design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP IS-U modules related to Meter and Device Management Field Services.
Collaborates closely with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
Interfaces with external systems such as IEE for device management, Salesforce, and Itron to facilitate data exchange and process automation.
Participates in large CIS (Customer Information System) implementations, providing expertise on billing, invoicing, and meter management processes.
May travel quarterly to support project needs and system deployments between Denver and Minneapolis.
Requirements for the Senior Techno Functional Consultant Meter, Device Mgt. Field Services:
7–10+ years SAP IS-U experience, with hands-on expertise across multiple modules.
Strong functional and technical knowledge in IS-U domains, especially Meter and Device Management.
Experience with S/4 HANA Cloud, with a preference for cloud-based implementations.
Ability to interface with external systems such as IEE, Salesforce, and Itron.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working in large CIS environments and managing stakeholders.
