IDR is seeking a Territory Administrator (Memphis, TN) to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting regional operations by managing administrative duties across multiple properties and teams within a diverse organizational environment. The organization specializes in operational support and administrative services, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the territory.
Position Overview for the Territory Administrator (Memphis, TN):
Responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and support duties for all company properties and market teams in a designated territory.
Includes overseeing financial administration, facilities management, reporting of operational metrics, contracts and vendor management, and inventory oversight.
Works to optimize processes and procedures that ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of offices and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborates with facilities, supply chain, and shared services teams to maintain building support systems and ensure operational compliance.
Manages contract processing, procurement, and budget preparation, supporting the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the territory.
Requirements for the Territory Administrator (Memphis, TN):
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
Proven experience in financial administration, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience with procurement, vendor management, or contract administration
Ability to support multiple teams and stakeholders, building supportive relationships while meeting deadlines
