IDR is seeking a Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and conducting system maintenance to ensure seamless HR operations within a dynamic industry environment.
Position Overview for the Workday Analyst:
- Provide application support and troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM.
- Perform system maintenance, audits, and security updates.
- Develop test scripts, execute testing, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate across departments to support HR system users and functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT to optimize system performance.
Requirements for the Workday Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Workday experience required, with configuration experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a functional analyst.
- At least 1 year of experience writing and executing test scripts.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
