IDR is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves leading platform modernization efforts, supporting migrations, and redesigning workflows within a dynamic IT environment. The client is a prominent organization in the technology and services industry, focused on optimizing their ServiceNow platform and processes.

Position Overview for the Senior ServiceNow Developer:

• Lead ServiceNow workflow redesign and platform modernization.
• Support migration to the latest ServiceNow release, including testing, remediation, deployment, and stabilization.
• Develop and configure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules.
• Build workflows, catalog items, forms, approvals, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and data imports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain platform governance, code quality, release management, and development best practices.
• Develop dashboards, reports, documentation, and testing materials.
• Evaluate and implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist.

Requirements for the Senior ServiceNow Developer:

• 5+ years of enterprise ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with recent ServiceNow releases and platform modernization.
• Hands-on experience redesigning workflows, automations, catalog items, and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, or major version transitions.
• Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs experience.
