IDR is seeking a IT Controller to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Saint Paul, MN. This role supports financial leadership and governance across IT portfolios within a dynamic organization operating in the technology sector. The position involves a blend of operational accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and decision support to ensure the financial health of IT projects and initiatives.

Position Overview for the IT Controller:

• Support IT portfolio financial governance, compliance, and financial controls.
• Execute forecasting, accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Own and maintain accurate, timely, and transparent portfolio financials.
• Identify and escalate financial risks and issues to senior leadership with recommendations.
• Develop business cases and support funding requests and investment decisions.

Requirements for the IT Controller:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting, finance, or IT-related business controls/process experience.
• Strong accounting background with expertise in SAP; SAP BusinessObjects experience is relevant.
• Corporate finance or analyst experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with financial forecasting, accruals, journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of corporate financial controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation Details: $65-68/hr W2 #LI-Hybrid
