IDR is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves overseeing multiple projects within a dynamic marketing environment, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Position Overview for the Agile Project Manager:

• Manages multiple projects across the marketing department by applying core project management principles from initiation through closure.
• Develops clear project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables to drive project success.
• Promotes an iterative and adaptive approach, integrating Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Establishes governance mechanisms, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Utilizes project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Ziflow to track progress and communicate transparently.

Requirements for the Agile Project Manager:

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, successfully delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Must be an exemplary verbal, non-verbal, and written communicator across all levels of team and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application in project management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a servant-leader mindset and a knack for facilitating collaboration and consensus-building.
• Proficiency in work management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, Confluence, Ziflow, Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to explore new technologies and techniques.
