IDR is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting government and large-scale modernization projects within the analytics and data platforms industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in validating dashboards and ensuring data integrity for critical reporting solutions.
Position Overview for the QA/Test Engineer:
- Focusing on data pipelines and Tableau dashboards.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, Business Analysts, and BI Engineers.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities.
- Validate dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and KPI calculations to meet business expectations.
Requirements for the QA/Test Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer supporting data or analytics projects.
- Experience supporting Workers' Compensation systems, claims, or business operations.
- Experience testing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
