IDR is seeking an Equity Plan Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. This role involves managing equity compensation plans, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee equity-related transactions within a dynamic corporate environment. Position Overview for the Equity Plan Administrator:

• Manage and administer stock options and RSUs through equity platforms such as Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Computershare, Carta, Shareworks, or similar systems.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all equity transactions and related reporting.
• Support internal and external audit requests, reconcile equity data, and assist with stock-based compensation accounting.
• Maintain detailed records of vesting, exercises, terminations, and tax withholding, ensuring adherence to public company regulations.
• Communicate complex equity concepts clearly to employees and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.

Requirements for the Equity Plan Administrator:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of equity plan administration experience in a publicly-traded company.
• Direct experience administering stock options and RSUs through an equity platform.
• Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts, vesting, exercises, tax implications, and stock plan recordkeeping.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
