IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role supports front desk operations and administrative functions within a healthcare or customer service environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic):
Provide front desk support and administrative assistance in a busy healthcare or customer service setting.
Greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, and handle customer service responsibilities in both English and Arabic.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Serve as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff to ensure effective communication.
Support ongoing administrative needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic):
High school diploma or GED required.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Previous experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
