IDR is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role supports an industry-leading organization by turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights through advanced analytics and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders and leadership to validate trends, quantify impact, and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and presentations.
Position Overview for the Data Analyst :
- Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
- Design and evaluate experiments (including A/B tests), ensuring statistical validity through appropriate sampling, power, and significance testing.
- Develop forecasts for key business metrics using time-series and trend analysis techniques.
- Conduct root cause and driver analyses to explain performance outcomes and measure initiative effectiveness.
- Build analytical datasets, validate data quality and assumptions, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements for the Data Analyst :
- 3+ years of Data Analyst experience with a strong foundation in statistics and advanced analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development
- Python knowledge for analysis, automation, and analytical workflows
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear business recommendations
