IDR is seeking a Business System Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Centennial, Colorado. This role supports a growing renewable energy company focused on wind farm development and operations. The Business System Analyst will be integral to optimizing enterprise systems, improving data visibility, and supporting migration initiatives, especially around D365 and related applications.

Position Overview for the Business System Analyst:

• The Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring technology solutions meet business objectives and operational needs.
• This role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, supporting enterprise applications, and driving process improvements.
• The analyst partners across departments such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Asset Management to enhance reporting, data visibility, and system utilization.
• Critical to this role is supporting ongoing D365 Finance & Operations projects, migration from Great Plains, and enhancing data solutions with Power BI.
• The position offers an opportunity to design and build enterprise-wide solutions, supporting a company in its growth and digital transformation efforts.

Requirements for the Business System Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or optimization initiatives.
