IDR is seeking a IT Healthcare Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized healthcare IT and related corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality hires quickly. You’ll support a mission-driven healthcare organization known for high standards, innovation, and a strong commitment to patient and employee outcomes.

Position Overview for the IT Healthcare Recruiter:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting (sourcing through offer) for healthcare IT and related professional roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, align on profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job boards, networking, referrals, events)
• Ensure accurate applicant tracking and compliant hiring documentation throughout the process
• Represent the organization to candidates with clear, engaging communication and a high-touch experience

Requirements for the IT Healthcare Recruiter:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience recruiting healthcare professionals, with a strong preference for healthcare IT recruiting
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for specialized, technical roles and manage multiple requisitions effectively
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders on selection best practices
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
